Attendant Care

In this service, a member is assisted with attaining and maintaining personal cleanliness, daily living activities, and safe and sanitary living conditions so that they can remain in their own homes and participate in community activities. In addition to meal preparation, attendant care offers assistance with eating, bathing, and more.

Respite Care

The goal of this service is to provide relief to a family member or person caring for an individual with developmental disabilities. Supervision of the member will occur in their home, the service provider’s home, or in the community and will support the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of the individual.

Habilitation

In general, it is defined as a service from which training in independent living skills or special developmental skills are provided, sensory-motor development is encouraged, orientation and mobility is assisted, and behavioral intervention is conducted. There may also be the possibility that physical, occupational, or speech therapy is provided in conjunction with or as part of other habilitation services that may be provided.

Homemaker

The purpose of this service is to assist members in performing activities related to routine household maintenance at their residences in order to maintain their living standards. In order to achieve and maintain a safe, sanitary, and healthy environment for eligible members, this service is designed to improve or maintain those conditions.
